Our Reps are constantly creating great content. We are looking for videos & photos about SB.SHELLZ and its products. We want to see product/squad reviews, un-boxing videos, action shots, creative takes; we want to see it all!

Here’s how you can become a Rep aka Squad member:

1.  ORDER a pair of protective baselayer pants. All of our reps purchase the baselayer pants to start. Think of this as your “one-time membership.” You sport the gear, love it and you’re interested in becoming a part of the squad, let us know!

2.  EMAIL us at sbshellz2018@gmail.com. Provide your name and IG username, your sport, why you think you would be a great addition to the squad, and the best contact for our creator to reach out to you personally. For a faster response you may message us on Instagram @sbshellz. We will provide you with your own promo code to start promoting. ALSO, if you have a promo code you prefer to use, great!

 3.  PROMOTE!! We anticipate a level of commitment to the squad, so in-person promotions, as well as social media promotions, are expected of every rep. Talking about your gear, recruiting other athletes to join your squad, and posting photos/videos of your utilization of your gear is vital. THIS is how you make your money. And we WANT you to make money!

VERBAL/VIDEO TESTIMONIAL: Once you get a chance to ride with your protective baselayers, send us a written or recorded testimonial - What you think, how they fit, how well they worked for you, etc...

COMPENSATION: As an SB.SHELLZ Rep, you receive a special commission rate of $20 for adult baselayers (pants)and $10 for kids baselayers (pants) on every pair of protective baselayer pants sold through your social media promotions and/or word-of-mouth, and will have your content featured on the company’s social media platforms. Commission will be paid out one month after purchases are made. 

BONUS: Based on your commitment to on and offline promotions, you may receive more gear incentives (do more, win more!)

AGE LIMITS: There are NO age limits to join the squad. We have a grom line of products and as well as grom reps, as young as 5 years old. We are family-oriented at SB.SHELLZ; the whole family is welcome!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: You will be joining a close-knit squad, full of down to earth people, always stoked to meet up and ride, and who hold the same values we do – honesty, integrity, dedication to the team, and passion for your sport(s). Business is important, but the quality (of life) of our team members is more paramount. We take squad trips throughout the snow season and partake in various events together throughout the year to make sure we are always in contact with one another. We grow closer with everything we do together. Once you become a rep, you are family, and in this family we have each other’s backs. The money making aspect of your membership is just a nice plus; the other perks are far more rewarding.
